Caregoals is a platform that tracks milestones of aging and facilitates Advance Care Planning (ACP) conversations. Our software includes a clinical decision support tool for reimbursement under the new 2016 ACP CMS CPT codes in tandem with Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) and Chronic Care Management (CCM). The goal is to create an efficient clinical workflow for physicians to engage patients earlier in the care continuum through a goal-based framework for education, sensemaking, values clarification and decision-making. Caregoals improves the patient experience of care; improves the quality of the end of life episode; and reduces the cost of dying.

I love learning. My formal education began with the pursuit of a B.F.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University in Communication Arts and continued with a B.A. in Studio Arts from San Francisico State University. Finally, wrapping up with an M.F.A. from Pratt Institute in Interactive Arts.
I love to diverge from the clean world of digital design and move paint around on canvas. It is an intrinsic passion for me that indulges all my senses. Theory of symbols, metaphor, color, light, perspective and perception render ideas that transverse medium.
I love the ebb and flow of people in different places. My interest in ethnography and anthropology as applied to design is inspired by exploring foreign countries and living diverse geographic regions here in the US.
I love exploring ideas and experiences. I am a perpetual student. Things like the arts, code, technology, quantum theory, zen philosophy, behavioral psychology, consciousness research, mindfulness, yoga and scuba diving keep me engaged and thinking.
